Enterprising Opportunities has been awarded the Care Navigator contract for Thanet.  Care Navigator is a free service to support older people with decision and guiding them to solutions.

The service will help older people to:

· Improve decision-making ability

· Increase awareness of community services

· Improve sense of well being

· Take charge of and manage situations

· Increase confidence in dealing with everyday          problems / needs.

The Care Navigator will offer non-judgemental, confidential and impartial advice, when investigating a list of potential solutions.

The Care Navigator service is part of the Independence through Voluntary Action of Kents Elders (INVOKE) project.
